Terms of Service – quiXzoom

Summary

    quiXzoom is a platform that connects clients with Zoomers (field operators) who photograph and document sites for compensation. You are engaged as an independent contractor, not as an employee.
  

§ 1

Parties and service description

These terms ("Terms") govern the agreement between you ("Zoomer" or "User") and Landvex AB, reg. no. 559141-7042 ("quiXzoom", "we"). The service consists of:

Matching Zoomers with documentation missions
Tools for image upload and mission reporting
Payment of compensation for approved missions
Access to available missions via the iOS app and web

§ 2

Requirements to become a Zoomer

Age and identity

You must be at least 18 years old. We verify your identity using a valid photo ID (passport or national ID card).

Equipment

Smartphone with camera ≥12 MP and GPS. iOS 16+ or Android 12+. Stable internet connection.

Tax

You are responsible for your own tax reporting in accordance with applicable law in your country.

§ 3

Missions and acceptance

Missions are available in the app based on your geographical position. When you accept a mission, you commit to:

Being present at the specified location within the stated time limit (shown in the mission)
Completing the documentation according to the instructions
Uploading images/video within 2 hours of completion
Contacting support if you are unable to complete the mission

Repeated cancellations or incomplete submissions may result in suspension from the platform.

§ 4

Image requirements and quality

Technical requirements

Min. 2 MB per image, unedited (no filters, no edits). EXIF data must be preserved.

Accuracy

Images must match the specified object and location. Manipulation or fabrication is prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and legal action.

Privacy

Do not photograph individuals without consent. Avoid including private property outside the scope of the mission. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions.

§ 5

Compensation and payouts

Compensation per mission is clearly stated before acceptance and paid out within 5 business days after approved submission. Payment is made to the bank account you have registered in the app.

Minimum payout threshold: 100 SEK
Tax documentation is provided in the app for your tax return
quiXzoom does not withhold tax — you are responsible for your own tax reporting
Compensation is not paid if the submission is rejected due to insufficient quality

§ 6

Intellectual property

You retain copyright to your images. By uploading images via the service you grant quiXzoom and the client a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use the images for:

Fulfilling the current mission
Creating 3D models and technical reports
Internal quality control and product development
Marketing (only with your written consent)

We do not train external AI models on your images without your explicit consent.

Anonymised observations (image data decoupled from your identity) are included in structured intelligence products delivered by Landvex AB to clients. Your personal identity is never disclosed to any client. See the privacy policy for details.

§ 7

Prohibited conduct

It is strictly prohibited to:

Upload fabricated, manipulated or other people's images
Share login credentials or allow another person to complete missions in your name
Use the app to collect data for commercial purposes outside the platform
Disrupt other users or the platform infrastructure
Bypass identity verification or provide false information

Violations will result in immediate and permanent suspension as well as potential legal action.

§ 8

Limitation of liability

quiXzoom is not liable for:

Injuries or damage occurring during the performance of missions (you bear your own insurance responsibility)
Loss of income due to mission cancellation
Technical outages preventing submission (we target 99.5% availability)
Loss of data you have not backed up locally

    We recommend taking out liability insurance covering your activities as a freelance photographer/documentarian.
  

§ 9

Account closure

You can close your account at any time

Go to Settings → Account → Close account. Outstanding compensation will be paid out within 14 days.

We may close accounts for violations

We reserve the right to immediately close accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice for serious violations.

§ 10

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall first be resolved through our support process. If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be settled by the Stockholm District Court as first instance.

Consumers (private individuals acting outside their professional capacity) may also contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
